1. Acceptance
Using the Apna Broadcast API platform binds you to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and Meta Business Terms.
2. Service Description
Apna provides WhatsApp Business API automation tools, including a shared inbox, broadcasts, and chatbots.
Additional WhatsApp conversation/message fees are charged as per Meta's pricing, which is country specific.
Current subscription plans, billing periods, taxes and payable totals are displayed on the Pricing page and confirmed before payment.
5. Payments & Billing
- Subscriptions renew automatically every month via Stripe/Razorpay.
- No refunds except pro-rated cancellations explicitly approved.
- Overage fees for WhatsApp conversations billed monthly.
