Refund Policy
No refunds are provided except any pro-rated cancellations that Apna explicitly approves, as stated in our Terms of Service.
WhatsApp Conversation Charges
WhatsApp conversation and message fees charged by Meta are non-refundable and billed separately from platform subscription fees.
